Q: Where is your factory located?
A: We are located in the famous sweater town, Dalang,Dongguan. It is only 50 minutes far from Hongkong and 40 minutes from Guangzhou by train.

Q:what procedure do you do with your customers?
A:we operate like this: proto samples => color lap dips => pre-production samples=> production =>pre-shipment samples =>shipment

Q:what info do you need if I want you to quote some styles?
A: we need clear info including styles pictures, fabric(yarn) content, garment rough weight, main spec, quantity per color, size range, delivery date. Because these are related to prices.

Q:what's your sample and production lead time?
A:usually,our samples lead time is 10 to 15 working days; the production lead time is 45 to 60 days after approval of pre-production samples.

Q:What is you payment terms?
A: We would like to do T/T and L/C at sight. 

Q:what is you trade terms?
A: depending goods quantity and customers' requirements, we are able to do EXW,FOB,CIF, and even LDP terms.
